MR. TOBECHI .C. EGBOH

Mr. Tobechi Egboh is the managing partner of the firm. He has over 32 years of experience representing clients on a variety of tax, intellectual property, commercial litigation and corporate compliance issues. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Washington, United States of America in 1999. He has worked as company secretary and legal adviser to a leading Nigerian Bank as well as to several subsidiaries of another Bank. He has also worked at senior management level in an investment bank. Tobechi brings his years of experience to bear in the practice and is the steady hand that steers the ship.

Ikechukwu Nnaemeka’s areas of specialization are commercial litigation, corporate commercial law, and alternative dispute resolution. He has several years of core practice in commercial litigation while representing a broad range of clients in disputes arising from commercial transactions at trial and appellate Courts in Nigeria. He has represented a major Nigerian Bank in the successful recoveries of millions of naira, a major telecommunications provider in Nigeria, and has counseled a major stakeholder in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria on its rights and potential liabilities in an oil mining lease agreement, charter party agreements and similar other agreements. Ikechukwu always brings the full force of his commercial law experience and passion to bear on all the legal transactions he undertakes.

Obi is a dynamic lawyer, who always provides functional creative solutions to his clients’ legal problems.
